How about HTML. Any of your users that are using MS Office can already
create HTML docs with out learning a new software package. You can
pretty much save anything as HTML (within reason).

Tried later version but still got the same problem.
Got Gary Holbrook's message, so contacted MS and they gave us a
hotfixe
for the problem. Seems to not only affect Adobe Acrobat Reader but
other
applications that use network shares and Printing. The article number
