In that case, i.e. from the same client, it is calling the same published
app by name and not a new one. I think you need to create second one like
"Word" and "Word2"......

There's a check box to limit it to 1 or more. Oh wait if I set it to limit
to MORE than 1 will it now allow it? Confusing logic/label!
I tested it at a limit of 2 instances and it still will not allow more than
1 instance per client.
