So I started playing with the assignments and tried assigning connection
licenses to the server. Then the feature release 1 and 2 showed up, but
still get the same error when trying to connect.

Hello all,
I just reinstalled MetaFrame XPe FR3 on one of my servers and now it comes
up saying "Cannot connect to the Citrix server: The Citrix Server you have
selected is not accepting connection. "
Logons are enabled.
The IMA and MF COM services are both started.
It is talking to Resource Manager.
I can use gencontrol(Thanks Jim!) to log on to the console and from there I
am able to open the CMC.
I can use RDP to log on to the server.
The product code is as it should be and feature release is set to FR2
When I look at licenses in the CMC there is 1 entry for MetaFrame XPe 1.0
English for Windows on this server.
The 2nd has:
MetaFrame Connection
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows
The 3rd has:
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows
MetaFrame Connection
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows, Feature Release 1
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows, Feature Release 2
Dedicated Data Store has:
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows, Feature Release 1
MetaFrame XPe 1.0 English for Windows, Feature Release 2
Anyone shed some light on this?
