As far as the first part of the problem, do you get the same problem if you use explicit instead of Autologon? For the second part of the problem, what do you get back when you run dscheck? Did you recently add more groups to your ID's. I had a similar problem and we had to do an xml fix to the data collectors in order to process accounts that had more then a certain amount of AD groups...that was with PS 3.0 though.
