[THIN] Access to the CMC

Hello,
I curious as to how some of the larger organizations limit access to the
CMC, yet allow other groups to do their jobs (shadow, reset connections,
view users logged into a farm) I'm currently faced with the delima in
which everyone (and their grandmothers) want access to the CMC for one this
or another. Fro previous experience , giving support personnel access to
the CMC has cause major problems in the past.
