[THIN] Access Gateway protocal driver error

I'm going nuts trying to figure out why I intermittently receive a
Protocol Driver Error when attempting to launch a Citrix application
through Access Gateway with Advanced Access Control. Normally if I wait
a moment and try again it works just fine. Has anyone else had this
issue?

 

I've searched a number of forums and not had any success in finding a
solution.
