DSMAINT can be really picky about syntax. Use the full path to the new DSN.

Subject: [THIN] Access DS recovery
I'm having a problem trying to perform an Access datastore recovery on
another host for DR testing. I'm using the procedures gleaned from the list
and it's failing with the following message:
Attempting to connect...
Failed to connect to the data store...
Unable to change config settings.
Please verify parameters and data source.
I've copied the datastore to the new host. I've created a new File DSN to
point to the new local db. But I cannot complete the dsmaint config command
successfully. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
