Looks like you open your .txt files in wordpad instead of notepad ?
Try start -> run -> notepad "filename.txt"

It doesn't give me the option of selecting all files. My options are:
word, text, text DOS, rtf and Unicode.

When you save it in the (Save as Type) pull down select all files.

If you screw up just delete the extension.

What is the secret to editing the services file or any windows file on a
2000 server? Every time I edit it wants me change the formatting which
will make a .txt file which windows 2000 will not recognize.=3D20 Any =
