I placed our Citrix administrators domain group into that local group, and all has been well. Must be done on every PS 4.5 server. -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dannhorn, Michael SZ/HZA-ITDS2 Sent: Monday, May 14, 2007 9:40 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] AW: Re: Could not view server health in access management console Hi Chad, You mean the group 'Distributed COM Users'? (Message:Access is denied.(Exception from HRESULT:0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED)))' In the Eventlog this entries are logged: Source DCOM EventID 10006 DCOM got error "General access denied error " from the computer DE010881 when attempting to activate the server: {DB192ECC-CCBC-4A97-8121-B2FB89FE77C2} and Source DCOM EventID 10010 The server {03747BAF-05D0-47F1-80B1-9C2DC5DBD342} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. When I start it as 'Domain Admin' I get the 'server health' information of all Servicepack 1 Servers. On ServicePack 2 servers the console shows for a long time: 'connecting to server ...' and I get this error: 'An error occurred reading WMI data from Server 'xyz'. (Message: Provider load failure Error: 0x80041013) No Event has been logged. The servers are updated to PS 4.5 and we have a mixed enviroment of Windows 2003 with Servicepack 1 and 2. Who could help me?
