That is it.

I placed our Citrix administrators domain group into that local group, and all
has been well.

Must be done on every PS 4.5 server.

Hi Chad,

You mean the group 'Distributed COM Users'?
Are you sure? In above group there is no user contained.
I checked the group on all servers (20).

You need to be sure the user you are running it with is a member of the local
DCOM users group on both the server running the AMC and the servers the AMC is
connecting to.

Subject: [THIN] Could not view server health in access management console

Hi,

When I try to view the 'server health' of my servers I recieve errors in the
Access Management Console:

When I start it as 'Domain User' this error occurrs:

'Access was denied when connecting to server 'xyz'. (Message:Access is
denied.(Exception from HRESULT:0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED)))'

In the Eventlog this entries are logged:
Source DCOM
EventID 10006
DCOM got error "General access denied error " from the computer DE010881 when
attempting to activate the server:
{DB192ECC-CCBC-4A97-8121-B2FB89FE77C2}

and
Source DCOM
EventID 10010
The server {03747BAF-05D0-47F1-80B1-9C2DC5DBD342} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.

When I start it as 'Domain Admin' I get the 'server health' information of all
Servicepack 1 Servers.

On ServicePack 2 servers the console shows for a long time: 'connecting to
server ...' and I get this error:
'An error occurred reading WMI data from Server 'xyz'. (Message:
Provider load failure Error: 0x80041013) No Event has been logged.

The servers are updated to PS 4.5 and we have a mixed enviroment of Windows
2003 with Servicepack 1 and 2.

Who could help me?
Michael
