We tried this.  It appears to be more then just this one setting.  none of
there settings are saving.  Like there roaming profile is not being copied
back out to the network when they logout.

we had a similar issue. turned out that setting outlook as the default
programm in internet explorer solved it

I have Several users on 2k servers having this problem.  They create there
profile and are asked if they want to set it as there default email program.
Then they logout and backin.  it asks them to set as default mail program
AGAIN.  Any idea why this is happening?
