We are using Windows 2000 and SP4. Do you have the hotfix for fixing
this problem ?

You did not write many details in your posting. We had a similar problem
with WIndows 2000 SP 4 and Windows 2003. There is a hotfix from
ThinPrint. It is not on the website, yet, so just contact their support.

Administrator works well, but ordinary users get this message : "No
suitable client protocol found"

Anyone have a clue / solution ?
