I am - have been for a while. We have ARCMap setup as a published
application, and ARCIMS available from published desktop. ESRI is "Citrix
Friendly" and have some decent documentation on running their products in
the Citrix/TS world. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I
will do my best to answer them.
