[THIN] APPSRV.INI update in user's profiles

If i have the ICA client deployed to all my users and now i want to upgrade it
using the Update Configuration DB.
I made a modification to APPSRV.INI and .SRC in the package but how do i update
the APPSRV.INI copy that is installed on the client's workstation in Documents
and Settings\UserProfile\Application Data\ICA Client
since there is a cached copy there how can i force my changes??
any ideas?
