Hi, Some customized Access97-based apps, particularly ones using button menus will max out a cpu. Either rewrite the app, get something like CQE, or a cheap remedy is to get startlow.exe from www.tricerta.com and running access97 apps at low priority. Still looks ugly but the app can only steal idle cycles, so the system impact is minimal. regards, Rick Ulrich Mack rmack@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rmack@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Volante Systems 18 Heussler Terrace Milton 4064, Queensland Australia tel +61 7 32467777 -----Original Message----- From: Gilles Cordier [mailto:cordier@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, December 03, 2002 1:58 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] ACCESS97 We use Accees97 on Win2K/XP-metaframe and the msaccess97 proccess use 50% of ou bi-proc computer.
