I was looking for solution to my other problem that my office 2003 SP2
apps stop responding and I found this. Since citrix patches are MS
installer packages this may be the culprit:

Hi group,
I have been trying to download this update for couple of days and it was
not working (only first few KB were coming). Today I was able to
download the whole archive and successfully unpack it. Inside was a file
called ctx109402.exe. No matter where I run it (AAC server or any other
computer) it doesn't do anything. Did anyone install this patch already?
