Thanks for the details. I just checked my mycitrix and they don't have a download for WI 4.2. Any idea where I can download WI 4.2? I finally got my AAC to work by installing on a fresh install of Win2K3 with SP1. The server I had been trying to install AAC on had Sharepoint installed so I wonder if there is a conflict of some type. Is the update easy to apply over the 4.0 WI with any loss of settings? Had to up the permissions on the back-end SQL database for the install to work. I've been fighting this error for hours. I've checked citrix support site and no help...all the suggestions don't make any difference. Thanks for any suggestions!
