Thanks for the details. I just checked my mycitrix and they don't have a
download for WI 4.2. Any idea where I can download WI 4.2?
I finally got my AAC to work by installing on a fresh install of Win2K3
with SP1. The server I had been trying to install AAC on had Sharepoint
installed so I wonder if there is a conflict of some type.

Seems to have been trivial - needs MS installer 3,0 (or above) - no
apparent loss of settings, some new add-ins for AAC - not that I would
have spotted them immediately.

That's not the error we were getting most of the day today, just
an installation failed error (with no indication where) and several COM+
errors in the event log. Had to up the permissions on the back-end SQL
database for the install to work.

Any idea what causes this error? I've been fighting this error
for hours. I've checked citrix support site and no help...all the
suggestions don't make any difference.
