[THIN] AAC 4.5 Scan issue

HI,

 

I have AAC 4.5 configured to scan the laptop connecting if it picks up
the KB in the data set for Windows 7 the user gets a limited VPN
connection.

 

When I build a new W7 laptop the original KB I was using doesn't seem to
be on the laptop.

 

I have added a couple of the KS no's that I know are on the laptop, but
they are still showing as fail in the logs.

 

Any pointers ?
