We tested that and we get the same results if I hit it off the login point.
I think we found the problem - the exchweb virtual folder permissions should
be set to anonymous and it is set to windows authentication. Since we don't
have a test OWA box, I can't test this config change without going through
change management and that takes time. I'll let you know fi that fixes it.
