Does it work if you go directly to the logon point on the AAC and skip the
AG?

Update for anyone that is interested. I've opened a ticket with Citrix and
they have confirmed a few things for me. When using the OWA web mail
feature, the AAC does not use the exchange tools that are installed on the
AAC. It is only proxying the OWA web page through the CAG. The exchange
tools are required when you set the AAC to generate the web mail access
pages. That feature works fine for me, so the version mismatch (2003 tools
with 2000 exchange) is not an issue.

For some reason I'm getting "401 - authorization failed" errors on gif files
in the /exchweb/img folder. Goofy, but it probably has more to do with how
the OWA is set up and the virtual folders and not the AAC config. Citrix is
double checking their proxy policies on the CAG to see if it is posibly
causing the problem.

I'll let you know what else we find.
