[THIN] A remote application is trying to access files on your computer dialog

I have an interesting
issue I was hoping you could help with. Im currently running Web
Interface 5.2 connecting to a Windows 2003 Xenapp 4.5 farm - works fine.
I have built a new 5.4 Web Interface which connects to the same XenApp
4.5 farm. When I use Web Interface 5.4 I get the following popup:
File Security -
Citrix Online plug-in
A remote application
is trying to access files on your computer.
Do you want to give
permission to do this?
I understand a user
can click Yes and all will work but I would like to suppress this dialog.
Is there a setting on the 5.4 Web Interface that will suppress this?
The fact Web Interface 5.2 works (without the dialog) from the same
client tells me its not a client setting..
