BTW, it's for 2000 license servers and 2000 terminal servers. The entries are different for W2k3 terminal servers. Let me know if you need that key also: PROBLEM: Terminal Server is unable to find a License Server that is running on a member server in a domain. CAUSE: The discovery process does not work if Terminal Server Licensing is installed on a member server. RESOLUTION: The following registry key needs to be added to the Terminal Server License Server: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermServLicensing Modify the ImagePath value to "%SystemRoot%\System32\lserver.exe -nodc" (without the quotation marks), and then quit Registry Editor. We also need to add the following key to the Terminal Server. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Paramet ers Add the following value: "Name": "DefaultLicenseServer" (without the quotation marks) "Data type": REG_SZ "Data value": "ServerName" (without the quotation marks)> Substitute the NetBIOS name of the appropriate license server for <ServerName>. If the license server is located on a remote subnet, make sure the Terminal Services-based computer can resolve the NetBIOS name."
