I recognised one of the points that the high-up guy made - that they'd
changed some of the content, because of the previous one they'd done,
and the comments then. But having said that, and accepting it - I just
thought that the first bit and the last bit weren't really pitched at
most of the people there.

The last bit about the managed support, I thought was very interesting -
but that's just it, it was interesting, and well done. But at the end of
the day, as a techie, it's not really of professional interest to me.
Had I been head of IT, or a fairly senior manager, it may have been, but
it just seemed pitched at the wrong level, given that most of the
audience seemed to be techies (otherwise why would they be interested in
a PS4 overview?).

All the same, as I said, I thought that bit on managed support was very
interesting - odd really, because I wouldn't normally be interested in
such things, it just seemed well put together and making a good point.

Yup, I thought the appsense demo was snappy and well done. I think
mainly because it is good product, that largely sells itself.
