No it's the whole profile. I think I found the problem. I went in and
manually set the registry setting to deleteroaming profiles instead of using
the policy setting and it seems to work. I am watching it for the next few
days to be sure.

Michael: Is it the entire profile that is getting left behind? The reason
I ask is because I have a situation where only the Cookies and Local
Settings folders (actually the index.dat files) are being left behind. I
have applied MS hotfix KB817171 with no luck. I currently have an open
issue with MS on this.

Subject: [THIN] 2k roaming profiles not deleting on logout

I have several 2k citrix boxes. We use roaming profiles. i thought we had
set the policies to delete the roaming profile from the citrix server on
logout, but its not happening. Where is that setting suppose to be made in
the policies. I didn't set it the first time and now i can't seem to find
the entry in the policies that sets that?

thanks,
