Is the application launching any form of TSR or something?

The processes I see are....ntvdm, wfshell, winlogon and csrss.

Those are the same when the app. is running....

Check the process list in the CMC for the user and see if there is a
process running still.

Then check out CTX891671. I had to do that with Acrobat under 2k3 as it
also launches the Table input service which causes the same end problem
as what you are seeing.

Subject: [THIN] 16-bit app. Not closing out....

Since applying the 126, 119 and 082 hotfixes to my Xpe SP3/FR3 farm (per
Citrix recommendation), the lone 16-bit app. we run (purchased from an
outside vendor who has no plans of upgrading to 32-bit), now is acting
up. It opens ok, most times, but when I click on the X for that app.,
running in an 800x600 window, the session window remains open. The
session does not close out on the server. I am forced to do a logoff
from the CMC, which is impractical for hundreds of users. Even when
running seamless, it disappears, but the session remains open.

Thoughts on what I can do?
