Couple of things to investigate.
Just my musings, take with large pinch of salt.

1st old chestnut is:
Printer drivers - they are all TSE friendly aren't they?

But you did say you were at SP2 + SR1

You could re-apply the security rollup...?
Of course if you had audting turned on and someone had changed something, 
you could track them down and roast their extremities?
