Yes, we have. Like you both, it has on occasion stopped, but then starts up
again. We mentioned it to Pulte and no reply. We need to follow up as a group.
One weekend, workers were on site to hook up the irrigation system to a new row
of townhomes. They did not let us know, air got into our system and the
facets, showers, toilets ran brown and we had to purchase fresh drinking water.
We had to have the county come out and flush the fire hydrants. Anytime a
connection breaches the system, dirt gets in.
I’m sorry you’re having trouble, but maybe we can have some strength in
numbers.
We run all showers and tubs each week now, but that’s only a temporary fix.
One recourse would be if we can’t get any satisfaction from Fieldstone (to get
to Pulte), we can file a complaint with the county on the provision of safe
water.

I noticed it in the beginning when I would fill the guest tub but haven’t
noticed it recently. Sometimes if they’re doing construction and turn the
water off during the day it can kick up sediment.

Has anyone experienced this? Since moving here I’ve noticed our whites are
not as white anymore. In addition, we have had a strange occurrence of hot
water coming out yellow/brown but only when two sources of hot water are
running at the same time. This will happen for a few days and then stops. I
had not noticed this for a few months but happened again today. Perhaps our
water heater is acting up. Thought I would check here to see if anyone has
experienced this.
Thank you,
