unit was also abandoned at this time. Georgia Gas removed the gas meter
for this property about 3 or 4 weeks ago. There has been no evidence of
people living there since the COVID crisis began.
I hope this information is helpful. I’m also concerned that as Winter hits
and temperatures decline, an unheated unit is at risk for frozen pipes, etc.

right to fine and/or tow improperly parked vehicles. Owners are encouraged
to review Section 6.4 of the Declaration and be familiar with its terms.
