Diana:I Actually feel I have had more white-eyed vireos than usual in 2016.Â
Had nine in the Big Thicket in Tyler County Sunday and 15 in George Bush park
June 18 (both high numbers for me). Ebird is good for answering questions
like this.http://tinyurl.com/hgdxlxg
The linked ebird graph (paste it into your browser if the link doesn't work)
shows an olive green line for 2016 white-eyed vireo reports which is above the
orange-yellow line for 2015--indicating a higher percentage of lists with
white-eyed vireos in 2016 than 2015. Other ebird graphs show abundance (which
may be better for your question) and birds per hour.

I have had more than my share in western Spicewood. No lack ofÂ
WEVI's in my
neck of the woods!
