Thanks to Terry Fuller, earlier today, for making clear the reason for and 
the efforts
behind the recent grading of OPIR. Many birders surely will be grateful to
Marci Fuller and to those involved in planning the Rio Grande Valley Birding
Festival, including, of course, Terry Fuller, for making this possible! The
Festival is over, but the fruits of the hard work of those involved live on,
for the present, to the benefit of birders and of other naturalists who find
OPIR to be of interest.
