Greetings Everybody; I went to check on the White-Collared Seedeaters at the San Ygnacio Bird Sanctuary and YES; they are there. Park at the left end of Washington Ave in the empty lot walk down into the Sanctuary and across to the left where the city's water pump is. A pair is hanging around the area foraging on grass seeds that they like. You may have to wait 20 minutes between their showing. Home in on their singing. Best time is early mornings. I checked on them at 0900 hours.
