Raul and I visited Chacon Creek Hike & Bike Trail this morning located off of
Hwy 83 here in Laredo. We saw two male, singing White-collared Seedeaters
hanging on the sides of cane and heard two more along the trail. We continued
on to the Gravel Pits where we had a Chachalaca, which was my first sighting
for Webb County. Except for three Brown-crested Flycatchers, no real migration
yet.
