[texbirds] ringed kingfisher on colorado river

this is a few days late, but i did see and hear the ringed kingfisher on
march 18 about 2:00 p.m. the bird was seen from the colorado river wildlife
sanctuary in austin. it was on the other side of the river downstream from
the sandy bluff with the light towers of the baseball fields of roy guerero
park in the background.
