[texbirds] quick check of UT-Pan American campus, Edinburg

Tropical Parula and Black-throated Gray Warbler are still present at the
UTPA campus, near the Academic Services Building and Learning Assistance
Center. We didn't see or hear anything unusual, but it's great the above
warblers are sticking around.
