[texbirds] Willacy Prairie Falcon - YES

Hi, all!  Just a quick note to report that the Prairie Falcon is still  
along Primrose, heading north from FM 1018; look for the water tower and turn  
right (if you're going west) just before it.  (The Peregrine was staring me  
down as well...)  The bird was almost a mile down the road, on a telephone  
pole on the right, and made many nice passes over the field to the west.
