Hi Sean and everyone,
We saw a group of about 30 Cedar Waxwings on the monthly bird walk on the Nalle
Bunny Run wildlife preserve in west Austin yesterday.
Also, eBird provides a wealth of information to answer questions like this. You
can start from a map like this for a single species:

Notice that the date range is set for only January 2013. Then you can zoom all
the way into the Austin area and see individual eBird locations and click on
them to see the actual observations and who made them.
