[texbirds] ? Western Tanager at Bull Creek on public land?

Howdy everyone, I hope you are all well.
I saw a report that there is a Western Tanager at West Bull Creek, and am
wondering if this is at the park or at a private residence. I have read of
another (or the same) WT at a private home. I am hoping to see the WT tomorrow
if it is indeed on public land.
