Dear all,
This Wednesday we have our regular Wednesday Bird Walk from 8-10:30 am. Meet
on the front porch of the nature center. The walk is free and all ages are
welcome. We hope to have some migrants as we did last week.
Wednesday afternoon we will have a hawk identification program to help you tune
up for the fall hawk migration and the arrival of the wintering hawks. We will
cover all the species that have been recorded in Texas but will primarily focus
on species expected on the Upper Texas Coast. This program is at the nature
center from 1:30 to 3 pm. It is free and all ages are welcome.
We hope you will join us.
