[texbirds] Waller County Ferruginous Hawk

Good close looks this morning at a Ferruginous Hawk in a wintering area favored
by the species for many years. Initially perched in a tree on the north side
of Berry Ln east of Penick halfway to the 90-degree turn, flew off to the south
and settled in a tree near a distant water tank.
