I saw a male Western Tanager today at the Falfurrias Rest Stop.

It was near the middle of the rest stop.
The Painted Redstart was also there.

It was at the northern most picnic table and then flew towards the middle
of the rest stop. There were also Summer Tanagers, a Yellow Warbler,
Baltimore Oriole and some regular Valley birds there.
