[texbirds] Use of Right-of-way in Texas

Anyone wishing to find out about using the rights-of-way along Texas roads for
birding or any other use can find out by doing a google search for "Use of
Right of Way by others manual--Texas." Many of the best birding locations in
Texas are on private land and are accessible only from public rights-of-way. I
hope that all of us can be responsible birders and respect the rights of
property owners.
A Ringed Kingfisher has been appearing daily in the mornings for over a week at
Guadalupe River Park in Kerrville.
