[texbirds] Upper Lake Ballinger - 16 species of shorebirds

Chuck Sexton called me a little while ago to say he had close to a thousand
shorebirds etc on Upper Lake Ballinger off of CR 291 in Runnels County. At
least 16 species including a couple Snowy Plovers. Quite impressive numbers
for west central Texas.
