[texbirds] Tropical Parula at Resaca de la Palma SP

The Rio Grande Birding Festival field trip to Resaca de la Palma, had a
Tropical Parula this morning in a mixed flock in the trees in the parking
lot. Also got the see the nearby Amazon Kingfisher! eBird list for the park
is below.
