[texbirds] Tame Peregrine on Old Port Isabel Road

I believe my falcon is an immature Tundra Peregrine. Anyone nearby would
do well to head over to the southern hacking tower on Old Port Isabel Road.
I left it bathing in the water flowing through the small fenced in area
for livestock at that corner, about 50 feet off the road.
