I was about to get the AAA and the AARP rate that was just a couple of
dollars more than the TOS rate

I was slow in registering for the hotel. I called the hotel this morning
who bounced me to the Hilton automated phone reservation system which
told me all the available rooms were booked at the meeting rate and I
could have one at $119.
I called the hotel back and asked the kind lady (Macey?) who answered if
I could have the TOS rate or if I needed to go down the street. She made
the reservation for me.
Has the time for hotel reservations at the meeting rate expired or have
the allotted rooms been filled?
