I ordered from TAMU Press on Thursday and received the book today. Very nice
job, Mark and Brush; it’s a lovely book. With the TOS discount and shipping
expense, my total expenditure for the hardback version was about $2 less than I
would have spent as an Amazon Prime member with free 2-day shipping. I’m very
pleased.
