Thought I heard an Empidonax from the dense mangroves (rising peeet call) but couldn't see it: Jul 21, 2012 8:15 AM - 9:15 AM walked part of boardwalk from convention center end--focusing on cattail and mangrove areas 21 species Black-bellied Whistling-Duck 4 Blue-winged Teal 2 Pied-billed Grebe 1 in bay!
