I like BirdTunes a lot for the many variations of bird sounds for all the
American species. I also like iBirdUK for European birds.

Subject: [texbirds] Smartphone Apps for Birding

Last night I gave a program on electronic tools for birding. I covered
several smart phone apps. I'd like to expand the program to more smart
phone apps. What are your favorites and why? I covered Birdseye, BirdLog,
Birdwatcher's Dairy, and the field guide apps Audubon Guides, iBird,
Sibley, and Peterson. What other apps are you using and what do you like
about them.
