[texbirds] Small Parrot

Dear Texbirders,

I had quite a few replies about the small parrot.  Several people suggested 
lovebirds and one specificially Peach-faced Lovebird.  After googling lovebirds 
and Peach-faced Lovebirds, I am pretty sure that the bird we saw was a 
Peach-faced.
