[texbirds] Sendera ponds, Austin - new arrivals

Hi Texbirds,
Checked Sendera ponds (intersection of Bremner and Companeros) today for new
arrivals and found two since my visit on Monday, 4/22. New today was
Painted Bunting and Brown-headed Cowbird.
There were 2 male PABU chasing each other in the woods behind the fence at
the back of the ponds, the east side of the ponds. There was one male
Brown-headed Cowbird sitting on the wire that runs through the wooded area.
Other birds of note were 2 Green Herons, 2 Blue-winged Teal, 2 Black-bellied
Whistling Ducks, and 1 White-eyed Vireo. Tall vegetation blocks my view of
some parts of the ponds, so I don't know if other birds were hiding in the
veg or not.
