This RTHB nest is located ca. 10-12 feet above ground in a Post Oak tree. The limb to which it is attatched is slope-ing downward. The two chicks are approx. 7 days old. Mom is feeding ca. every 20 minutes making 3 feeding cycles with each chick per feeding visit to the nest. Park in Tanzania taken this past March. GREAT birding spot! First few pics are of family/lodging with the next hundred or so of the birds. http://mikeintyler.smugmug.com/Family/Tanzania-Snapshots/28987248_jh6jd8#!i$64910855&k=xX3fkCS Mike Bloodsworth Tyler Edit your Freelists account settings for TEXBIRDS at //www.freelists.org/list/texbirds Reposting of traffic from TEXBIRDS is prohibited without seeking permission from the List Owner
